Here are updates on various Notices that the system generates in Koha:
- Hold Notices <problem>: Previously we had reported that if a patron did not want to receive Hold notices in any format, unchecking those boxes in the Patron Messaging Preferences would prevent that. We were incorrect; even if those boxes are unchecked, paper notices are still generated. We are working with LibLime and Tech staff to find a quick fix or work-around to this problem.
- Pre-Overdue Notices <fixed>: the item due date now prints on the Pre-Overdue Notices.
- First and Second Notice <fixed>: the item replacement charge now prints on both Overdue Notices. Libraries have requested that we return to the notice format we used in the previous system and labeling the notice as a BILL. A final draft of the notice has gone out to the Circulation Services SubCommittee members for review.
- Notice of Unresolved Charges <fixed>: individual charges now print out for each line item on the Notice of Unresolved Charges.
