• 9/29/15 The minutes from the September CSC Subcommittee Meeting are available online.
• 9/24/15 13,040 items and 1,479 bibliographic records (with only withdrawn items attached) were deleted in the monthly batch deletion of withdrawn items
• 9/24/15 6,354 bibliographic records were added and/or updated in the database between 8/28/15 and 9/23/15.

• 8/31/15 Changes were made to the following Cataloging Policies: Levels of Cataloging, Searching and Matching, Street Date. These changes were approved by the ILS Committee at its August 5 meeting.
• 8/27/15 15,888 items and 2,405 bibliographic records (with only withdrawn items attached) were deleted in the monthly batch deletion of withdrawn items

• 7/23/15 17,897 items and 3,865 bibliographic records (with only withdrawn items attached) were deleted in the monthly batch deletion of withdrawn items.
• 7/23/15 1,086 bibliographic records with no items attached (that were created before 4/1/15) were deleted from the database.
• 7/23/15 7,025 bibliographic records were added and/or updated in the database between 6/19/15 and 7/22/15.

Koha Known Problems--Recently Added & Updated:

• 9/29/2015 New. E-Commerce bug: error message may cause patron to submit payment twice, which produces duplicate payment entry in Koha. IF YOU OR A PATRON SEE A DUPLICATE SIP PAYMENT IN THEIR ACCOUNT , DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND UNTIL SCLS STAFF CONFIRMS THE CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE. So far only one patron has stated they were charged twice and we are awaiting confirmation. (SCLS Support ticket 4516)
• 9/28/2015 New. Author does not display in LINKcat Mobile app.The author and added author fields do not display in the full bib record view of the LINKcat Mobile app. The author information does display in the search results view. This problem has been reported to LibraryThing. (9/28/15) (SCLS Support Ticket 4497)
• 9/28/2015 Fixed. Web site links not displaying in LINKcat Mobile app. The web site links in the mobile app have been fixed. All links from bib records are displaying in the app. 9/14/2015 New. Web site links not displaying in LINKcat Mobile app. For non-OverDrive titles, the web site links from the bib record are not displaying in the LINKcat Mobile app. Also, every bib record in the LINKcat Mobile app has a link to OverDrive. This problem has been reported to LibraryThing. (9/14/15) (SCLS Support Ticket 4039)
