• 7/24/18 The July 24th minutes from the Circulation Services Subcommittee Meeting are available online.
• 7/24/18 The July 18th minutes from the Discovery Interface Subcommittee Meeting are available online.
• 7/18/18 The July 11th minutes from the Collection Maintenance Subcommittee Meeeting are available online.
• 7/17/18 1,260 bibliographic records were deleted in the quarterly batch deletion of records with no items from before April 1, 2018.
• 7/17/18 3,688 bibliographic records were added and/or updated in the database between 6/27/18 and 7/17/18.
• 7/17/18 17,637 items and 3,130 bibliographic records (with only withdrawn items attached) were deleted in the monthly batch deletion of withdrawn items.
• 7/6/18 The monthly Koha reports for June 2018 can be found online.
• 7/2/18 The monthly LINKcat.info and LINKcat Mobile reports for June are posted.

 

Annual Batch Deletion reminder

Just a quick reminder that the deadline for libraries to review the items on the May Annual Batch Deletion reports and either:

1. Decide they are going to keep the record and re-save the item record to update the timestamp OR
2. Delete the record from the database OR
3. Leave it and let the batch deletion process remove the record from the database

is July 20th.  Items on the May Annual Batch Deletion reports that have not had their timestamps updated will be marked withdrawn after July 20th and deleted with the regular monthly deletion of withdrawn items. 

Items with a status of Claims Returned, AV Repair, Defect Reported, Mending, In Processing and Parts Missing are not included in the Annual Batch Deletion.
