There have been a number of last minute Book Group Holds or Multiple Copy requests made lately so I thought it was a good time to remind everyone that we have a set of procedures and recommended steps in place for library staff to follow for both Book Group holds and Multiple Copy requests.
Even if you are familiar with these procedures please review Part J Book Group Holds/Multiple Copy Requests, Section IX Placing and Managing Holds in the Circulation Manual and make sure that the other staff in your library, that also process these requests, understand and know where to find these procedures.
