  • 7/31/2019 837 bibliographic records with no items attached (that were created before 4/1/2019) were deleted from the database.
  • 7/31/2019 44,502 items and 5,216 bibliographic records (with only withdrawn items attached) were deleted in the monthly batch deletion of withdrawn items.

Circulation Policy review: Library Staff Use of Other Library Materials

In light of a few problems reported to me recently, I present for your review the Circulation Policy "Library Staff Use of Other Library Materials". 

This policy provides library staff with a set of "dos and don'ts" regarding the use of materials, owned by other libraries, for Book Group Holds, Displays, Collection Development purposes and other reasons/projects.

Please review this policy with your staff and, if any questions arise, feel free to send them on in.
