Accessing the Reports Archive

We recently finished a clean-up of the SCLS website and removed any Bibliovation reports that were older than 2020.  Libraries may still access these reports from the SCLS Network.  We have written and posted documentation for libraries to access the reports archive easily.  You can find the documentation online.

• 7/31/2023 The documentation for Accessing the Reports Archive are available online.
• 7/31/2023 The July ILS Report can be found online.
• 7/26/2023  The minutes from the July 19, 2023, DIS Meeting are available online.
• 7/26/2023 16,111 items and 2,573 bibliographic records (with only withdrawn items attached) were deleted in the monthly batch deletion of withdrawn items.
• 7/26/2023 2,378 bibliographic records with no items attached (that were created before 4/1/23) were deleted from the database.
• 7/26/2023 3,401 bibliographic records were newly cataloged and/or updated in the database between 6/29/2023 and 7/25/2023.

• 6/28/2023 16,804 items and 1,798 bibliographic records (with only withdrawn items attached) were deleted in the monthly batch deletion of withdrawn items.
• 6/28/2023 4,097 bibliographic records were newly cataloged and/or updated in the database between 6/1/2023 and 6/27/2023.
• 6/28/2023 The Bibliovation upgrade took place last night. Please see the release notes for a full list of fixes. Urgent problems will be reported on the status wiki.
• 6/27/2023 The minutes from the June 7, 2023, ILS Committee meeting are available online.
• 6/27/2023 A Bibliovation upgrade is scheduled for 9pm on Tuesday, June 27. Please see the release notes for a full list of fixes.
• 6/7/2023 New Collection Codes (CAA, BKJNFGNSP, PBJFIBBSP, and PBJFISP) and Shelving Location (SAND) are available in Bibliovation. See the LINKcat News blog post for more details.
• 6/7/2023 The following Collection Codes were deleted from Bibliovation: ELRV (Electronic Resource Video), DAPAID (Digital Audio Players (SCID)), CAAFI (Books on Cassette, Fiction), CAAMS (Music Cassettes), and CAANF (Books on Cassette, Non-Fiction).
