• 2/15/2024 The minutes from the February 7 ILS Committee meeting and the December/January ILS Report are available online.
• 2/8/2024 New Item Type: On February 7, 2024, the ILS Committee approved the Circulation Services Subcommittee's recommendation that a new Local Holds Item Type; Book, juvenile, Local Hold, 14day (BKJLH14], be created to use for Children's Picturebooks. This has been added to the list of Item Types in Bibliovation.  The Default Library Circulation Rule is LH 0.00 fines, 14 day loan, 0 renewals, home holds. If you need to charge fines for these materials at your library, please submit a Circulation Rules Change Request form.
• 2/8/2024 The ILS Committee has approved the Circulation Services Subcommittee's recommendation to create a new Circulation policy; Timeframe for libraries to resolve Refunds (in Bibliovation). Please review the new policy located on the ILS Policies/Circulation webpage in the Financial section.
• 2/5/2024 Registration is open for the Circulation Refresher: Circulation Policies on February 28, 2024 at 1:30 pm via Zoom.  Register online.
• 2/2/2024 1/2/2024 The monthly Bibliovation reports for January 2024 can be found online.
• 2/1/2024 The monthly LINKcat.info and LINKcat Mobile reports for January 2024 are posted.

• 1/31/2024 30,973 items and 2,987 bibliographic records (with only withdrawn items attached) were deleted in the monthly batch deletion of withdrawn items.
• 1/31/2024 2,961 bibliographic records with no items attached (that were created before 10/1/23) were deleted from the database.
• 1/31/2024 3,446 bibliographic records were newly cataloged and/or updated in the database between 12/28/2023 and 1/30/2024.
• 1/31/2024 The Bibliovation upgrade is complete. See the Release notes for a full list of fixes.
• 1/30/2024 The minutes from the January 16 Circulation Services meeting are available online.
